PROCESSING 

Processing time will take 1-2 working days, unless you have placed your order as express/urgent. You will then receive an email confirming your order.

If you have placed an order for express/urgent shipping & don’t receive an email within a 1-3 hours please contact us on our website chat or email us at alaiiathelabel@hotmail.com with your order details.

On sale periods & public holidays please be mindful that it will take an extra 1-2 days to process & ship all orders. 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN NEW ZEALAND

- FREE New Zealand shipping on all orders over $100 (3 - 5 working days)

- Standard shipping within New Zealand will cost $5 - $10 & will take 3 - 5 working days.

- Express shipping within New Zealand on orders placed before 12pm will take 1 - 2 days working days.

- Rural deliveries may require 4 - 6 working days.

 

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA 

- FREE shipping on all Australian orders over $150 (5 – 10 working days)

- Shipping to Australia start from $15 - $35 depending on the location & will take between 5 – 10 working days.

 

RETURNS

For all return inquires please contact us at alaiiathelabel@hotmail.com with your order details within 14 days of received date.

All returns must be in its original conditions with all tags & labels attached. 

SALE items will not be returned.
